• End-to-End AI Agent Development: Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that integrate seamlessly with tools, APIs, and enterprise data, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and performance.
• Product Innovation for North: Contribute to the evolution of our AI workspace platform, North, by driving features that enhance agentic capabilities and user experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Full-Use Case Ownership: Take ownership of scoping, shaping, and executing use cases, adapting to technical demands—including frontend development—when necessary to deliver optimal solutions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster consistency and quality across projects by developing shared frameworks and best practices for agentic systems, ensuring scalable and high-performing deliverables.
• Technical Leadership: Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, align stakeholders, and elevate engineering standards within the organization.
• Field Deployment: Travel 20–40% of the time to work on-site with customers and partners, ensuring solutions are tailored to their unique needs and challenges.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a proven track record in applied AI and a passion for solving complex problems:

• Production-Grade Development: Hands-on experience building and deploying scalable, observable, and testable software in Python, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
• Expertise in Agentic Systems: Deep familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic applications, including multi-step task execution using frameworks like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute.
• LLM Stack Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks to design and deploy high-performance AI agents.
• Robust Evaluation Frameworks: Ability to develop sophisticated evaluation methodologies to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency—beyond basic trial-and-error approaches.
• Customer-Centric Collaboration: Experience working directly with enterprise clients to translate business needs into technical specifications and drive alignment.
• Full-Use Case Ownership: Proven ability to manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring end-to-end success.
