Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance blockchain applications, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead the development of scalable blockchain solutions, including consensus algorithms, cryptographic protocols, and interoperability frameworks to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, evaluate blockchain technologies, and recommend optimal architectures for complex use cases.
• Conduct thorough audits of smart contracts and blockchain codebases to identify vulnerabilities, implement best practices, and ensure robust security measures.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Stay abreast of emerging blockchain trends, regulatory developments, and technological advancements to position Aegasis Labs at the forefront of decentralized innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A proven track record of 5+ years as a Blockchain Developer or a similar advanced role, with expertise in developing decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Solidity, Rust, or Go, along with experience in writing secure, high-performance smart contracts.
• Deep understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms (e.g., Proof of Stake, Byzantine Fault Tolerance), and decentralized storage solutions.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools, debugging frameworks, and security auditing processes to ensure system integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical challenges into innovative solutions.
• A passion for decentralization, Web3, and a commitment to ethical and sustainable blockchain practices.
