Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Maintain a Scalable Design System: Design, build, and continuously refine a modular, reusable component library that supports our digital products across web and mobile platforms. Ensure the system remains performant, maintainable, and aligned with modern front-end development standards.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to translate design specifications into high-fidelity, production-ready code. Act as a liaison between creative and technical teams to ensure seamless workflows and shared ownership of the Design System.
• Define and Enforce Design Standards: Establish clear guidelines, design tokens, and best practices to maintain consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital touchpoints. Champion adherence to these standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Deep expertise in **JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3**, with a strong command of modern front-end frameworks, particularly **React** and component-based architectures.
