In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes with meticulous attention to quality, presentation, and flavor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and executing a variety of dishes according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines, ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to culinary excellence.
• Managing food preparation with precision, including regulating oven, grill, and roasting temperatures, portioning, and garnishing to meet the highest standards of presentation.
• Ensuring food safety and quality by maintaining accurate food logs, monitoring inventory, and adhering to strict hygiene protocols to guarantee guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to anticipate and address the needs of our guests, while communicating effectively with service staff to highlight menu specials, substitutions, and inventory updates.
• Supporting a positive work environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, adhering to company policies, and embodying the values of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
• Assisting in maintaining operational excellence by reporting maintenance needs, ensuring a clean and professional workspace, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, luxury setting and are eager to contribute their skills to an esteemed hospitality brand. While supervisory experience is not required, we value candidates with at least three years of relevant culinary experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
