Key Responsibilities

Your role will demand a strategic blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal finesse as you:

• Lead Receivables Management: Actively monitor and resolve outstanding customer balances through proactive communication, ensuring timely payments while maintaining transparency and professionalism. Utilize a multi-channel approach—phone, email, in-person visits, and formal correspondence—to address overdue invoices and aging accounts.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve payment disputes, provide real-time credit status updates, and escalate high-risk accounts to senior leadership. Your insights will directly support sales operations and credit decision-making.
• Resolve Disputes with Precision: Investigate and address invoice discrepancies, delivery concerns, and pricing issues with customers and internal stakeholders. Track disputed invoices to resolution, ensuring minimal impact on cash flow while preserving customer trust.
• Drive Compliance and Reporting: Generate accurate weekly and monthly collection reports, track key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls. Support audit requirements by maintaining meticulous documentation and risk assessments.
• Evaluate Creditworthiness: Assist in assessing customer credit risk and recommending appropriate credit limits to mitigate financial exposure while supporting business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Your academic foundation will equip you with the analytical tools needed to navigate complex receivables scenarios.
• Experience: 0–3 years in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control, with a preference for experience in B2B environments. Familiarity with the construction, building materials, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent communication in both English and Arabic is essential to engage effectively with a diverse customer base and internal teams.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. You will thrive in a role that requires balancing firmness with empathy, ensuring disputes are resolved fairly while upholding company policies.
