Your Impact: Designing Tomorrow’s Industrial Solutions

As the Lead NCS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting cutting-edge SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) solutions. Your expertise will drive the development, validation, and implementation of robust engineering frameworks, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will extend beyond technical execution—you will mentor junior engineers, establish best-in-class coding and technical standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Solutions Design: Lead the conceptualization, design, and feasibility testing of SCADA and RTU systems, ensuring seamless integration and validation of solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.
• System Architecture & Design: Develop scalable SCADA layouts, intuitive HMI (Human-Machine Interface) graphics, and sophisticated alarm management strategies. Your deep technical acumen will ensure alignment with critical documentation such as P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), FLDs (Functional Logic Diagrams), Logic Diagrams, and C&E (Cause and Effect) matrices.
• Team Leadership & Governance: Direct cross-functional engineering teams, providing mentorship and setting technical benchmarks. Conduct thorough reviews of design inputs, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Engineering Standards Specification: Contribute to the analysis and drafting of engineering standards and specifications, evaluating their effectiveness to inform organizational practices and those of our suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
• Engineering Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections with clients to assess the quality of engineering works and the integrity of existing installations. Provide actionable recommendations to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory frameworks.
• Needs Assessment: Proactively identify and analyze technical challenges or operational needs, exploring root causes and barriers to drive innovative solutions.
• Contract Management: Support Project and Control Managers in delivering project outcomes by managing relationships with external service providers, ensuring alignment with contract management plans and organizational objectives.
• Knowledge Management: Engage with established knowledge management systems to ensure lessons learned from past projects are integrated into future endeavors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
