As a QA/QC Engineer at GST International, your expertise will be instrumental in driving quality excellence across projects, from initial planning to final delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors, to establish and enforce quality protocols that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be key in identifying potential risks, resolving discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Quality Plans: Create comprehensive quality assurance and control plans tailored to project specifications, ensuring adherence to international standards and company policies.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections, tests, and audits of materials, processes, and finished products to verify compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing quality processes, recommend improvements, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce defects.
• Compliance and Certification: Ensure all projects meet relevant industry standards, certifications (e.g., ISO, ASTM), and local regulatory requirements. Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and certifications.
• Training and Guidance: Provide training to site personnel and teams on quality control procedures, best practices, and the use of quality management systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, clients, and vendors to address quality-related concerns, resolve issues, and foster a culture of quality across the organization.

What We Look For:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CQE, PMP, or ISO auditing) are a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in QA/QC roles within construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of quality control methods, testing procedures, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, Quality Center) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
