As the **Cybersecurity Manager**, you will play a strategic role in aligning cybersecurity initiatives with Egis’ business objectives while ensuring compliance with international and regional regulations. In this dynamic role, you will:

• Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and best practices to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, NIST, and local cybersecurity laws.
• Lead incident response and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of security breaches while minimizing operational impact.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential threats before they materialize, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to integrate security measures into projects and operations seamlessly.
• Advocate for security awareness by designing and delivering training programs to educate employees on emerging threats, phishing risks, and secure digital practices.
• Monitor and analyze cybersecurity trends, threats, and emerging technologies to proactively adapt strategies and protect Egis’ digital ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with global and regional cybersecurity regulations, conducting audits and reporting findings to senior management.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing advanced security solutions, such as AI-driven threat detection, zero-trust architectures, and encryption technologies.

What we’re looking for:

• A **minimum of 8 years** of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in **risk management, incident response, and compliance** within large-scale organizations.
• Proven expertise in **ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks**, with experience leading security certifications and audits.
• A **degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field**, complemented by relevant certifications such as **CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent**.
• Deep knowledge of **network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, and threat intelligence**, with hands-on experience in tools like **SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management platforms**.
• Exceptional **leadership and stakeholder management** skills to collaborate effectively with executives, IT teams, and external partners.
