Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee day-to-day operations, implement best-in-class processes, and align operational strategies with broader business objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute high-level operational strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality across all business units.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement innovative solutions to elevate operational performance and scalability.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee procurement, logistics, and vendor management to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align operational goals with business priorities and customer expectations.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor KPIs, track progress, and make informed decisions that enhance operational agility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong focus on logistics, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
• Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain software, and operational analytics tools is highly advantageous.
• Experience in a multinational or high-growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse operational challenges.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
