• Strategic Leadership: Design and enforce a comprehensive project controls strategy that integrates cost, schedule, risk, and change management across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with program objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Performance Optimization: Develop and implement advanced performance measurement systems, including Earned Value Management (EVM), to monitor financial health, schedule progress, and resource utilization in real time.
• Schedule Mastery: Oversee the creation, review, and approval of integrated master schedules, leveraging methodologies such as critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and resource-loaded scheduling to mitigate delays and ensure milestone achievement.
• Cost Control and Forecasting: Lead all cost engineering functions, including budget monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis, to maintain financial discipline and support proactive cost management strategies.
• Risk Mitigation: Establish and oversee a dynamic risk management framework, conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential threats while ensuring escalation of critical risks to senior leadership.
• Change Management: Direct the implementation of structured change control processes, facilitating Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and ensuring all variations are properly evaluated, documented, and integrated into project baselines.
• Executive Reporting: Develop and present high-impact executive reports, dashboards, and KPIs that translate complex project data into actionable insights, empowering leadership to make informed, strategic decisions.
• Contractor Oversight: Evaluate contractor schedules and performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, while collaborating with commercial teams to assess claims, entitlements, and negotiation strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align activities, resolve conflicts, and drive cohesive project execution from inception to handover.
