As a Senior Merchandiser, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our on-shelf presence, ensuring our products stand out in retail environments while fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and growth.

In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your merchandising expertise to maximize brand visibility, maintain compliance with planograms, and drive operational efficiency across key retail accounts. Key Responsibilities

As a strategic merchandiser, your responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing On-Shelf Presence: Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail outlets to ensure our products are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and aligned with approved planograms. This includes managing shelf space, floor displays, and point-of-sale materials to create compelling visual impact.
• Enforcing Compliance and Standards: Adhere strictly to planogram guidelines and report any deviations to the pre-seller team. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to maintain product freshness and remove sub-standard inventory, ensuring a clean and appealing retail environment.
• Monitoring Competitive Landscape: Stay vigilant about competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities and sustain our market leadership.
• Engaging with Retail Partners: Build strong relationships with outlet managers and customers by delivering exceptional service, reporting daily activities, and addressing any operational challenges proactively.
• Supporting Promotional Initiatives: Participate in in-store sampling, redemption campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance brand engagement and drive consumer interest.
• Driving Operational Excellence: Maintain adherence to journey plans, enforce long-term agreement (LTA) terms, and ensure all merchandising activities align with PepsiCo’s Frito Lay Code of Conduct, including professional appearance and behavior standards.
