As a Senior Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our on-shelf presence, ensuring brand visibility, and fostering strategic partnerships with retailers to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to:

• Optimize On-Shelf Presence: Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail outlets to ensure maximum visibility and compliance with approved planograms for both shelf and off-shelf displays.
• Enforce Planogram Standards: Adhere strictly to visual merchandising guidelines, including point-of-sale (POS) material placement, shelf rotation (FIFO method), and removal of sub-standard inventory to maintain product freshness and appeal.
• Monitor Competitive Landscape: Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer deviations to identify opportunities for strategic adjustments and report findings to leadership.
• Support Promotional Campaigns: Actively participate in in-store sampling, promotions, and redemption events to engage consumers and drive trial of our products.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Adhere to daily journey plans, report daily activities to supervisors, and ensure compliance with PepsiCo’s Frito Lay Code of Conduct in all professional interactions.
• Leverage Market Insights: Provide real-time market intelligence to sales teams to capitalize on emerging opportunities and enhance retail partnerships.

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Execution Standard: Consistently delivering high-quality merchandising execution aligned with brand standards.
• Long-Term Agreement (LTA) Enforcement: Ensuring sustained compliance with retailer agreements and merchandising commitments.
• Journey Plan Adherence: Reliably following assigned routes and timelines to maximize productivity and coverage.
