Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize On-Shelf Presence: Execute strategic merchandising initiatives to ensure our products are prominently displayed across all assigned retail outlets, adhering to approved planograms for both shelf and off-shelf displays.
• Enforce Planogram Compliance: Monitor and report any deviations from agreed merchandising arrangements to the pre-seller, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
• Drive Market Insights: Gather and analyze real-time market data to identify sales opportunities and competitive threats, providing actionable intelligence to the pre-seller team.
• Conduct In-Store Promotions: Lead in-store sampling sessions and promotional activities as required, enhancing customer engagement and driving trial of our products.
• Optimize Inventory Management: Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices to maintain fresh stock, remove sub-standard products, and ensure clean, well-organized displays.
• Monitor Competitive Landscape: Track competitor activities and report findings to inform strategic adjustments and maintain our market edge.
• Adhere to Journey Plans: Follow daily route schedules meticulously, ensuring efficient coverage of assigned outlets while maintaining professionalism and adherence to PepsiCo’s Frito Lay Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate on Campaigns: Participate in sampling, redemption, and promotional campaigns to amplify brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Reporting and Accountability: Provide daily performance updates to supervisors, documenting activities, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Execution Standard: Consistently deliver high-quality merchandising execution aligned with brand guidelines.
• Long-Term Agreement (LTA) Enforcement: Ensure compliance with retailer agreements and merchandising commitments.
• Journey Plan Adherence: Maintain punctuality and efficiency in daily outlet visits.
