In this dynamic position, you will design, implement, and oversee a robust IAM program that aligns with global standards, ensuring secure and compliant access to critical systems and data across all IT applications and services. Reporting to the Technology Operations division within the Information Management and Disruptive Technology department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a resilient framework that mitigates risks, enhances operational efficiency, and supports the organization’s strategic objectives.

As a key stakeholder in our **three lines of defense** model, you will bridge the gap between technology, risk management, and business operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping policies, procedures, and technical solutions that not only meet regulatory requirements but also adapt to evolving cybersecurity threats. Core Responsibilities

Your impact will be felt across multiple dimensions:

• Architectural Leadership: Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to design and maintain a scalable IAM architecture that supports authentication, authorization, and access governance across all IsDB systems—spanning cloud services, data centers, and end-user computing environments. Develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with business needs while addressing current and future technological advancements.
• Policy and Compliance: Develop, refine, and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with international frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, and industry best practices). Ensure compliance across HQ and Regional Hubs, covering all IT components, including disaster recovery sites, communication solutions, and business applications.
• Third-Party Oversight: Manage external vendors delivering IAM operations, ensuring their services adhere to organizational policies, SLAs, and compliance requirements. Act as a liaison between third parties and internal teams to streamline access provisioning and monitoring.
• Lifecycle Management: Define and implement identity lifecycle policies for joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios, ensuring seamless access management for all user categories—including staff, consultants, contractors, and third parties—while minimizing operational risks.
• Risk and Audit: Lead proactive risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify vulnerabilities in access controls. Conduct periodic access reviews to validate permissions, reduce fraud risks, and align access rights with organizational roles and responsibilities.
• Change Management: Serve as a standing member of the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring all technological changes comply with IAM policies. Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Technology Operations teams to integrate new applications and services into the IAM framework during transitions from implementation to operations.
• Technical Standards: Establish and maintain technical standards for authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring robust security controls for all IsDB applications and infrastructure components.
