As a Field Service Engineer at Alfa Laval, you will be at the forefront of our operations in one of the region’s most vital industrial hubs. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be both challenging and rewarding, requiring a blend of technical proficiency, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key duties include:

• Technical Excellence: Perform comprehensive installation, commissioning, inspection, and repair services for Alfa Laval’s flagship products, including high-speed separators (HSS), decanters, and plate heat exchangers. Diagnose and resolve faults with precision, ensuring optimal performance across a variety of process industries.
• Electrical and Automation Support: Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and PLC control systems, including EPC controls, 2-touch, and advanced Plus controls. Provide hands-on training to customer personnel, empowering them to operate Alfa Laval equipment with confidence and efficiency.
• Customer-Centric Service: Deliver on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services with a focus on proactive problem-solving. Execute audits and service agreements meticulously, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Alfa Laval’s high-quality benchmarks.
• Documentation and Reporting: Compile detailed service reports, documenting every visit, observation, recommendation, and commitment made during engagements. Ensure timely submission of service reports, expense reports, and payroll documentation, including customer-signed timesheets.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to Alfa Laval’s QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and operational procedures, embodying our Safety First behavioral attitude (Stop-Think-Act) at all times.
• Digital Proficiency: Leverage Alfa Laval’s advanced digital tools, including OneService, Lead App, HSE Near Miss App (MEA Aleart), E-Learning Portal, Workday, and Sensei IB, to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. Generate and manage service leads effectively through the FSE Lead App.
• Strategic Collaboration: Support sales functions by providing technical expertise and participating in technical forums. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering innovative solutions that align with their operational goals.
