Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Architect and Develop Robust ERP Solutions: Design, build, and maintain high-performance technical solutions across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical excellence.
• Customize and Extend Oracle Applications: Develop tailored solutions using Oracle Forms, Reports, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Java, and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to enhance functionality and meet evolving business requirements.
• Optimize Database Performance: Create and refine database objects, including packages, procedures, triggers, and views, while ensuring SQL and PL/SQL code is performance-tuned for maximum efficiency.
• Develop Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Design and implement OTBI reports, BI Publisher dashboards, and analytics solutions to empower data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate Seamless Integrations: Lead integration projects between Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).
• Drive Data Migration and Conversion: Develop and execute data migration strategies using FBDI, HDL/HSDL, ODI, and ETL methodologies to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Leverage Oracle Cloud Capabilities: Implement Oracle Cloud PaaS services, including OIC, VBCS, and Redwood UI customizations, to enhance cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Support Full Project Lifecycle: Participate in every phase of the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support—ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with functional consultants, business users, project managers, and architects to deliver end-to-end Oracle ERP solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Document and Mentor: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including TDDs, deployment guides, and support materials, while mentoring junior consultants and promoting best practices.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement continuous improvements to enhance ERP efficiency.
• Lead Technical Initiatives: Guide implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects while providing production support to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Oracle technical certifications in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, or related Oracle technologies.
• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP technical development and consultancy, with a proven track record in both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS & PaaS).
• Project Delivery: Experience leading at least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects, including integration, migration, and support initiatives.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in enterprise application integration, Oracle solution architecture, and performance tuning.
