Oracle Database Administrator – Mid-Level Specialist (ODI Exposure) | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator with a proven track record in managing mission-critical Oracle environments. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic technology-driven organization while leveraging expertise in Oracle Database Administration and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

As an integral part of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and security of Oracle databases, including Oracle 19c, Real Application Clusters (RAC), Data Guard, and Recovery Manager (RMAN). Your technical proficiency will directly impact system efficiency, data integrity, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

We are looking for a mid-level Oracle DBA with 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in the following critical areas:

• Core Oracle Database Administration: Hands-on expertise in managing Oracle 19c environments, including RAC configurations, Data Guard setups, and RMAN backups to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 12c): Deep technical knowledge of ODI agents, repository maintenance, and job monitoring to streamline data integration workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization: Proficiency in leveraging tools such as Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) and Active Session History (ASH) to diagnose bottlenecks, optimize query performance, and ensure seamless database operations.
• Linux Environment: Strong working knowledge of Linux environments to support database operations, scripting, and troubleshooting in a multi-platform IT ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen and problem-solving skills, enabling them to proactively address database challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and scalability.
