Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Proven Financial Leadership: Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, with a track record of translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Regulatory & Compliance Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regional regulatory frameworks to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools, with the ability to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Leadership & Collaboration: A proven ability to lead finance teams, foster cross-functional partnerships, and build strong stakeholder relationships—both internally and externally.
• Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate, insightful financial analysis under tight deadlines.
• Education & Certifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Industry Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, ideally within the Riyadh Region or comparable markets.
• Communication Excellence: Fluent English communication skills are mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant asset and will be highly regarded.
