In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems with meticulous attention to detail. Your work will span from resolving minor issues, such as unclogging drains and detecting leaks, to executing complex installations aligned with building codes and architectural specifications. You will collaborate closely with our facilities team to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency, ensuring that every aspect of our plumbing infrastructure is both functional and aesthetically seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues—from minor repairs to complex installations—while adhering to industry best practices and company protocols.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes to plan and execute installations with precision, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings to specifications, demonstrating technical proficiency and craftsmanship.
• Conduct leak tests by filling pipes and fixtures with water or air, utilizing your expertise to identify and address vulnerabilities before they escalate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity of our facilities, contributing to a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and security, adhering to all company policies while promptly reporting hazards or incidents to ensure a secure work environment.
• Engage with guests and colleagues with professionalism, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand’s commitment to hospitality excellence.
• Perform physical tasks with ease, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering objects up to 75 pounds independently, and assisting with heavier loads as needed. This role demands agility, endurance, and the ability to work in various positions, including overhead, below-knees, and on ladders.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and ensure continuous professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• A valid Plumber Certification and Stationary Engineer/Boiler Operator License are mandatory for this role.
• At least two years of related work experience in plumbing, demonstrating a strong track record of reliability, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
• Technical, trade, or vocational school education is preferred, though prior experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring strength, dexterity, and endurance, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest service.
• Preferred:
• Experience working in a hospitality or high-end commercial setting, where attention to detail and discretion are paramount.
