Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and cost management, to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
