We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to play a pivotal role in optimizing our on-shelf presence across key retail outlets. Key Responsibilities

As a Merchandiser at PepsiCo, your primary focus will be to maximize our brand visibility and sales performance by ensuring our products are presented optimally across all assigned retail outlets. Your role will encompass a blend of operational excellence, strategic planning, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Execution of Merchandising Plans: Adhere to daily journey plans to visit designated outlets, ensuring our Snacks, Snack Foods, and Beverages (SSFL) products are strategically placed across all access points, including shelves, stands, and floor displays, in alignment with approved planograms.
• Maintenance of Display Standards: Ensure all point-of-sale (POS) materials are positioned correctly alongside our product displays to enhance visibility and appeal. Rotate stock using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method and promptly remove any sub-standard or expired products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor competitive activities and report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned outlets or customers. Provide daily activity reports to your supervisor, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Engagement in Promotional Activities: Participate in in-store sampling sessions, redemption campaigns, and other promotional events as required to drive consumer engagement and trial of our products.
• Customer and Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with retail partners by demonstrating a service-oriented mindset and maintaining professional behavior in line with PepsiCo’s Frito Lay Code of Conduct.

Key Performance Indicators

Your success will be measured through the following critical performance indicators:

• Execution Standard: Consistency in adhering to merchandising plans, display standards, and operational protocols.
• Long-Term Agreement (LTA) Enforcement: Ensuring compliance with long-term agreements and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.
• Journey Plan Adherence: Reliability in following daily visit schedules to maximize coverage and impact across assigned outlets.
