Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement data-driven influencer marketing campaigns that align with business goals, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch.
• Influencer and Creator Relations: Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers and content creators whose audiences align with campaign objectives, negotiating partnerships and managing agreements to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Creative Collaboration: Craft detailed creative briefs for influencers and designers, ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines while driving engagement and conversions. Review and approve content to maintain consistency with campaign objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Work closely with the performance marketing team to track key metrics—such as engagement rates, conversions, and sales—while providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to inform future campaigns and maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Support integrated marketing efforts, including WhatsApp and email campaigns, by defining target segments, messaging, and promotional offers to enhance overall campaign impact.

Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in influencer marketing, digital strategy, and campaign management. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, complemented by 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media strategy, or campaign management.
• Proven expertise in influencer marketing, with a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience segmentation, and content trends.
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret performance data, sales KPIs, and marketing metrics, enabling data-backed decision-making.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, enabling effective collaboration in multicultural environments.
