Your Impact

As a Game Level Designer, your work will directly influence how players engage with our games, from the first touch to long-term loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing Immersive Levels: Crafting levels for a diverse range of mobile game genres, including casual, puzzle, Match-3, and Match-2, ensuring each experience is both intuitive and challenging. Develop progression systems and difficulty curves that keep players invested without frustration.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyzing player behavior metrics—such as completion rates, failure points, session duration, and booster usage—to refine levels in real time. Use insights to iterate on designs, ensuring continuous improvement post-launch.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partnering with Game Designers, Unity Developers, Artists, and QA teams to integrate new mechanics, tools, and features seamlessly. Work with LiveOps to create limited-time events, special challenges, and seasonal content that enhance player engagement.
• Tooling and Workflow Enhancement: Contributing to the development of level-design tools and workflows, making the creative process more efficient for the entire team.
• Benchmarking and Inspiration: Studying successful mobile games to identify best practices in level design, difficulty balancing, and player psychology, applying these learnings to elevate our own products.
• Clear Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive records of level rules, balancing strategies, and progression systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our game library.

This role is ideal for someone who approaches game design with both a creative mindset and a keen analytical eye. You’ll be expected to prototype rapidly, test rigorously, and iterate fearlessly—turning insights into impactful gameplay experiences.
