In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will span strategic oversight, operational excellence, and team leadership:

• Strategic Policy Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in IT security access management to develop and refine comprehensive guidelines, policies, and procedures that align with ZATCA’s security standards and business needs. Ensure full protection of our IT environment through proactive and adaptive measures.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee the administration and maintenance of IT security access, including identity, authentication, and authorization systems across networks, applications, and devices. Manage the complete lifecycle of access, from user onboarding to account deprovisioning, ensuring seamless and secure operations.
• Access Governance and Compliance: Implement and enforce access controls, granting, modifying, or restricting access rights based on technical requirements and business needs. Provide 24/7 support for access management, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and change requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Incident and Change Management: Handle escalated security incidents and change requests with precision, conducting impact analyses to prioritize and schedule updates effectively. Monitor system access, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of access management processes. Generate periodic reports highlighting gaps, risks, and actionable recommendations to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.
• Team Empowerment: Mentor junior staff by transferring expertise, providing clear direction, and fostering a culture of accountability. Assign tasks, monitor workflows, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues, provide technical support, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate authorities for resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in access management practices by evaluating new technologies, methodologies, and compliance requirements to enhance security and operational resilience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field is required. A Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with 3 years at a managerial level, is essential. Your background should include hands-on experience in IT security access management, policy development, and operational leadership.
• Technical Proficiencies: Advanced expertise in IT Operations Management, Information Security, and Cybersecurity Incident Investigation. Proficient in IT Compliance, Project Management, and Vendor Management with a results-oriented approach.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional Collaboration and Communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to drive Professionalism, Customer Focus, and Results Orientation in a fast-paced environment.
