Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA) is a significant advantage.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in audit, assurance, or risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Prior experience in a Big Four or similarly reputable firm is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of auditing standards (ISA), regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS, Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards), and insurance-specific accounting principles. Proficiency in audit software (e.g., IDEA, ACL) and data analytics tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex audit findings to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certifications are preferred.
