Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Execute Audit Engagements: Take ownership of audit projects, from planning and execution to final reporting, ensuring adherence to international auditing standards (ISA) and local regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with senior managers and partners to deliver comprehensive, insightful audit opinions.
• Insurance Sector Expertise: Develop deep industry knowledge to assess risks, controls, and financial reporting practices specific to insurance companies. Identify emerging trends and regulatory changes that may impact clients’ operations.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships built on transparency, integrity, and proactive communication. Present findings and recommendations with clarity and strategic insight.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA) is a significant advantage.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in audit, assurance, or risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Prior experience in a Big Four or similarly reputable firm is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of auditing standards (ISA), regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS, Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards), and insurance-specific accounting principles. Proficiency in audit software (e.g., IDEA, ACL) and data analytics tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex audit findings to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certifications are preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent Arabic and English language skills are essential for effective client interaction and collaboration within a multicultural team.
