• Strategic Leadership and Value Delivery: Drive the execution of large-scale technology programs that unlock measurable business value, optimize resource allocation, and enhance customer-centric operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster clear ownership, disciplined delivery methodologies, and consistent performance across agile and waterfall frameworks to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Integrated Program Management: Lead integrated planning, scheduling, reporting, and milestone management to maintain alignment with strategic goals and financial constraints.
• Budget and Capacity Oversight: Monitor financial parameters and resource capacity to ensure cost-effective delivery while maximizing operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize demand, balance priorities, and maintain shared accountability for outcomes.
• Performance and Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), assess team effectiveness, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to drive adoption and iterative enhancements.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Program and Portfolio Management, with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly within the Oracle suite, to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR compliance, to safeguard sensitive information and maintain regulatory adherence.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and align business and technology priorities to drive cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Experience in hybrid agile and waterfall methodologies, enabling adaptability in dynamic environments while maintaining rigorous delivery standards.
