In this high-impact role, you will design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), ensuring seamless data integration, transformation, and loading across complex systems. Your Key Responsibilities

Your expertise will be instrumental in:

• Architecting and Implementing ETL Solutions: Develop sophisticated Informatica mappings and workflows to extract, transform, and load data efficiently, aligning with business requirements and performance benchmarks.
• Advanced Data Integration: Leverage Informatica IDMC to create complex data flows, implement data quality solutions, and integrate modern data engineering practices, including APIs, web services, and connectors.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance system efficiency through Java transformations, partitioning strategies, pushdown optimization, and caching techniques, ensuring scalable and high-performance ETL processes.
• SQL and Database Mastery: Apply advanced SQL techniques and database optimization to refine queries, improve data retrieval, and support robust data warehousing architectures.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams—including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders—to troubleshoot issues, refine workflows, and ensure seamless data governance compliance.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, workflows, and best practices to facilitate future upgrades, audits, and team onboarding.
• User Training and Support: Educate end-users on new data integration tools and workflows, ensuring adoption and maximizing operational efficiency.
• System Maintenance and Upgrades: Assist in system upgrades, installations, and ongoing maintenance to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a seasoned ETL Developer with:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC, with a proven track record in designing and optimizing complex ETL workflows.
• Deep expertise in Java, including custom transformations and performance tuning, to enhance ETL processes.
• Strong SQL and database skills, with a focus on data warehousing, querying, and optimization.
• Familiarity with modern data integration protocols, such as APIs, web services, and connectors, to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or B.Tech preferred).
• Certifications in Informatica or related technologies are a plus.
