Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Design and Deploy Advanced Containerization Solutions: Architect and implement scalable containerization strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Enhance Security and Compliance: Lead the implementation of security best practices, including image scanning, network policies, and access controls. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in containerized environments.
• Optimize CI/CD and Automation: Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that accelerate deployment workflows while ensuring consistency, traceability, and reliability. Create reusable automation scripts and tools to streamline environment management, application scaling, and resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Complex Issues: Act as the primary technical liaison for application and DevOps teams, diagnosing and resolving issues related to container orchestration, networking, storage, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate closely with Level 2 support teams (OS, Network, Storage) to address underlying infrastructure challenges.
• Monitor and Improve Performance: Implement comprehensive monitoring tools to track container health, performance metrics, and logs. Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations that enhance scalability, reduce latency, and maximize resource utilization.
• Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with development, operations, and cloud teams to refine container image optimization, deployment methodologies, and microservices architectures. Ensure documentation remains up-to-date, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies in containerization, cloud-native computing, and DevOps practices to recommend and implement improvements that align with Müller’s Solutions’ strategic goals.
