We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roads Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering world-class infrastructure projects that shape the region’s future.

Your Impact

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and executing critical aspects of road and highway design, ensuring that every project we undertake is built on a foundation of technical excellence, sustainability, and compliance. Your expertise will directly contribute to the development of seamless transportation networks that enhance connectivity, economic growth, and quality of life in the region. As part of our collaborative and innovative team, you will:

• Design and oversee the development of roads and highways, ensuring alignment with project objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Perform and review intricate engineering analyses, including road geometry, horizontal and vertical alignment, grading, pavement design, and traffic flow optimization to deliver robust and efficient road systems.
• Ensure full compliance with local Saudi Arabian codes, standards, and authority requirements, guaranteeing that all designs meet the highest regulatory and operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate road systems seamlessly into broader infrastructure projects, including corridors, intersections, junctions, and crossings.
• Prepare and present detailed engineering reports, technical documentation, and design deliverables with precision and clarity, supporting decision-making at every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government authorities, clients, and contractors, to align project requirements with strategic goals and ensure smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in road and highway engineering. To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on roads and highways.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience working within Saudi Arabia, demonstrating your ability to navigate local regulations and project dynamics.
• Deep expertise in road and highway design principles, including geometric design, traffic engineering, pavement analysis, and intersection/junction planning.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi Arabian codes, standards, and authority requirements to ensure compliance and project success.
• Proficiency in industry-leading design software, such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, to create accurate and efficient engineering models.
• Fluency in English and an added advantage with proficiency in Arabic, reflecting our commitment to effective communication across diverse teams.
