Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in fire science, building codes, and safety systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fire and life safety engineering, with a proven track record of designing, reviewing, and implementing solutions for complex building projects.
• Deep familiarity with applicable building codes (e.g., NFPA, IBC, local municipal regulations) and industry standards, including fire suppression systems, egress design, smoke control, and fire-resistant materials.
• Experience producing technical reports, calculations, and presentations that clearly communicate engineering findings to diverse stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and design teams.
• A commitment to technical excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to apply sound engineering judgment in ambiguous or high-stakes scenarios.
