Your Impact

In this pivotal position, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of dry utility systems—critical components of modern infrastructure—across a range of high-profile projects. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of power, telecommunications, and street lighting networks, aligning with global standards while adhering to local regulations. As a key stakeholder, you will:

• Lead and oversee the design and engineering of dry utility systems, ensuring technical precision and compliance with international and KSA-specific standards.
• Conduct and review complex engineering analyses, including network design, cable sizing, and load calculations, to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to harmonize utility systems within broader project frameworks.
• Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, and interfaces with other infrastructure elements, optimizing spatial efficiency and operational performance.
• Prepare and present detailed technical documentation, reports, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and adherence to project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government authorities, clients, and contractors, to align projects with strategic objectives and regulatory demands.

About You

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in dry utilities engineering, equipped to thrive in the fast-paced GCC market. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with at least 3 years specifically in KSA.
• Deep expertise in dry utility systems, including power distribution, telecommunications, and street lighting, with hands-on experience in design and construction.
• Proficient knowledge of KSA’s regulatory frameworks, utility authority requirements, and international standards to ensure seamless project execution.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, including Civil 3D and specialized electrical design tools, to deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and an added advantage with Arabic proficiency to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams.
• A collaborative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to mentoring the next generation of engineers.
