Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A strong background in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing teams of 20+ employees, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and inventory control systems.
• Experience with performance metrics, process optimization, and data analysis to drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Amazon’s operational standards and e-commerce fulfillment processes is a significant advantage.
• Certifications in safety, lean methodologies, or warehouse management are highly valued.
