• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of SEO specialists, social media managers, and content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Social Media and Digital Presence: Lead Boutiqaat’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and YouTube, ensuring a compelling and cohesive brand narrative that drives engagement and loyalty.
• Stakeholder and Media Relations: Collaborate with media partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders to amplify campaigns, expand reach, and strengthen Boutiqaat’s digital ecosystem.
• Budget and Resource Management: Allocate and optimize the digital marketing budget effectively, balancing creativity with cost-efficiency to achieve optimal results.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 9–12 years of digital marketing experience, with 3–4 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of managing integrated campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Proven expertise in SEM, SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and display advertising, with a focus on measurable results and ROI optimization.
• A performance-driven mindset, backed by hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM systems.
• Strong proficiency in web analytics and tracking, with a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript being a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic fluency being a notable plus for regional market engagement.
