Key Responsibilities

As the Manager – Finance & Accounting, your responsibilities will span strategic finance, financial reporting, treasury management, and people leadership. You will:

• Drive Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide visionary oversight and governance across all sub-functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, and Treasury. Develop and manage annual business plans, manpower strategies, and departmental budgets while establishing measurable KPIs to drive accountability and performance excellence.
• Champion Digital Transformation: Lead the modernization of financial processes through automation tools like Yardi, real-time Power BI dashboards, and AI-assisted reporting solutions. Transition the finance function from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure Financial Integrity and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict adherence to IFRS and Saudi GAAP. Navigate complex regulatory landscapes, including VAT, Zakat, Withholding Tax (WHT), and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements, ensuring full compliance at all times.
• Lead Audit and Reporting Governance: Manage the entire statutory audit process, foster strong relationships with external auditors, and resolve audit findings promptly. Oversee consolidated financial reporting for URED and its subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations, while maintaining continuous audit-readiness.
• Optimize Treasury and Capital Management: Oversee cash flow planning, banking relationships, and credit facility management. Monitor investment portfolios, provide data-backed recommendations for capital allocation, and ensure financial discipline across all business units. Deliver executive-level insights on financial performance, risk exposure, and treasury positioning.
• Partner Strategically with Leadership: Provide actionable financial analysis to support high-stakes decisions, including property acquisitions, development feasibility studies, lease pricing, and capital allocation strategies. Collaborate closely with department heads to enhance budget management, cost controls, and financial performance improvement initiatives.
• Elevate Financial Insights with Technology: Champion the adoption of AI-assisted financial tools and advanced analytics to transform reporting from transactional to predictive. Present strategic financial performance, forecasts, and insights to the Board of Directors and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
• Build and Develop High-Performing Teams: Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team by creating robust succession plans and identifying talent gaps. Conduct mid-year and annual performance appraisals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and high performance.
