Key Responsibilities

As the Enterprise Security Architecture Manager, you will play a strategic and pivotal role in:

• Designing and implementing comprehensive security architectures that align with industry-leading frameworks such as TOGAF and SABSA, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms, identity and access management (IAM), data protection, and API security solutions.
• Developing and enforcing security-by-design principles across all systems, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats.
• Conducting rigorous security assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify gaps, risks, and compliance shortcomings, while providing actionable recommendations to strengthen the security posture.
• Collaborating closely with IT, DevOps, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to embed security best practices into development pipelines, cloud deployments, and operational workflows.
• Aligning security strategies with business objectives, ensuring that technological advancements support both innovation and risk mitigation.
• Advocating for a proactive security culture, fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity resilience.

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified security professional with a proven track record in enterprise security architecture. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years dedicated to security architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud security architectures, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on securing multi-cloud environments.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM frameworks, data protection strategies, and API security solutions.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or Microsoft Azure Certified Security are highly valued and will strengthen your candidacy.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical security requirements and business needs.
