Key Responsibilities

As the Executive Director – Finance, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Oversee the entire finance function for Qiddiya’s entertainment developments, ensuring robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement forward-thinking financial strategies that drive profitability, mitigate risks, and support long-term growth.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes for all entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with performance targets and stakeholder expectations. Utilize data-driven insights to inform critical business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Executive Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and present high-impact financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, clearly articulating trends, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a distinguished finance professional with a proven track record of excellence in complex, multi-project environments. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Advanced Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Extensive Industry Experience: At least 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a strong emphasis on the entertainment, hospitality, or high-growth sectors. Experience in the Middle East region is highly advantageous.
