Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and visionary financial leader to assume the role of Executive Director – Finance (SPT & Art & Culture). Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of financial leadership responsibilities, including:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute forward-thinking financial strategies tailored to sports, performing arts, and cultural initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with Qiddiya’s long-term objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to inform critical business decisions and maximize return on investment (ROI) across all projects.
• Budget Management & Oversight: Lead comprehensive budgeting processes for the sports and arts portfolio, ensuring optimal financial allocation and resource utilization. Implement robust fiscal controls and performance metrics to monitor financial health, identify variances, and provide actionable reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate, compliant, and insightful financial reports, adhering to international standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with auditors to ensure transparency and facilitate seamless audit processes while upholding the highest standards of financial governance.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Proactively identify and analyze financial risks associated with arts, culture, and sports initiatives, developing proactive mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets. Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure full adherence to regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
• Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish clear performance benchmarks and invest in professional development through mentorship, training, and leadership opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.
