As an Endocrinologist at Remain Medical Group, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad spectrum of endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid dysfunctions, obesity, osteoporosis, pituitary and adrenal disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing tailored treatment plans that prioritize both clinical excellence and patient-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Clinical Leadership: Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnose endocrine and metabolic disorders, and design individualized treatment strategies grounded in the latest medical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
• Diabetes Management: Provide comprehensive care for patients with diabetes, including insulin therapy optimization, complication prevention, and patient education to foster long-term health and wellness.
• Diagnostic Excellence: Interpret complex laboratory results, hormonal studies, imaging, and diagnostic procedures to inform accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions.
• Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, nutritional strategies, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care to empower them in their health journey.
• Collaborative Care: Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Quality and Compliance: Maintain meticulous medical records while adhering to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities to elevate the standard of care.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A medical degree from a recognized university, coupled with board certification, fellowship, or equivalent qualification in Endocrinology and Diabetes.
• Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Proven clinical experience in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolic disorders, with a strong foundation in diagnostic accuracy and patient management.
• Exceptional clinical decision-making skills, underpinned by a commitment to ethical and patient-centered care.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to foster trust and collaboration with patients and colleagues alike.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in a hospital, medical complex, or specialized outpatient clinic setting.
• Specialized knowledge in managing complex diabetes and endocrine cases.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems to streamline workflows and enhance patient care.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support or other relevant clinical training programs.
