Key Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Medical Representation Leadership: Assist in managing and leading a team of medical representatives, ensuring they deliver high-quality engagement with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers.
• Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and healthcare institutions.
• Market Insights and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare landscape, providing actionable insights to support commercial strategies.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the medical representation team, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of medical representatives, providing constructive feedback and support to drive continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies, while preparing accurate reports for senior management on team performance and market developments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align medical representation efforts with broader business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience in medical representation, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare system, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of team leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
