Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth business continuity.
• Cybersecurity and Compliance: Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to understand their IT needs, provide technical guidance, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar technical role, with a strong track record of managing IT systems and infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and IT security principles.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, including but not limited to, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
