As a key member of the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for driving Organizational Development initiatives that elevate our company’s structure, policies, and employee experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining robust HR systems, ensuring payroll accuracy, and fostering a data-driven approach to workforce management. Whether refining job descriptions, implementing performance management frameworks, or supporting compliance with Saudi Labor Law, your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational HR functions, including:

• Organizational Development Leadership: Partner with leadership to design and refine organizational structures, reporting lines, and position frameworks that align with business goals and drive efficiency.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook to ensure alignment with company standards and Saudi Labor Law, while fostering a culture of fairness and transparency.
• Performance and Talent Management: Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to nurture employee growth and organizational success.
• Competency and Workforce Planning: Contribute to the development and maintenance of competency frameworks, ensuring they reflect current business needs and support talent development initiatives.
• Payroll Excellence: Manage monthly payroll processing for the holding company and subsidiaries with meticulous attention to detail, validating inputs such as attendance, leave, allowances, and deductions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Employee Benefits and Settlements: Handle end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and payroll-related inquiries with precision, ensuring compliance with both company policies and regulatory requirements.
• HR Analytics and Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• System and Process Optimization: Support the administration of HR systems, recommend workflow improvements, and ensure HR data integrity to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Human Capital Leader to execute HR projects, initiatives, and presentations that advance our organizational and talent strategies.
