We are seeking a **Senior Data Scientist / Senior ML Engineer** to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and generative AI models that drive the core functionalities of our platform. Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our AI/ML team, you will:

• **Own the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle**, from problem formulation and data exploration to model training, deployment, and continuous monitoring, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
• **Develop scalable AI solutions** using classical machine learning techniques and generative AI, including large language models (LLMs), to enhance our product offerings and deliver measurable business value.
• **Implement robust MLOps practices**, including model versioning, reproducibility, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, to ensure reliability and scalability of AI-driven systems.
• **Collaborate cross-functionally** with data engineers, product managers, and platform teams to align AI initiatives with business goals, fostering reusability and adherence to best practices.
• **Mentor junior engineers** and contribute to the internal knowledge base, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• **Integrate AI models** with APIs and backend services, ensuring seamless performance and scalability in cloud-native environments.
• **Embrace ownership** of the full model lifecycle—from development to monitoring—while driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and iterative refinement.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

• A **minimum of 5 years of experience** in applied machine learning, AI, or data science, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions in production environments.
• **Expertise in Python** and proficiency with leading ML/AI libraries, including scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, and HuggingFace Transformers, to build and deploy sophisticated models.
• **Deep knowledge of MLOps tools** such as MLflow, SageMaker, and experience managing model versioning, testing, and observability to ensure operational excellence.
• A **strong grasp of statistical modeling**, including feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and A/B testing, with the ability to interpret results and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• **Hands-on experience deploying ML models at scale**, with a focus on bias mitigation, model explainability (e.g., SHAP, LIME), and monitoring for concept drift and fairness to ensure ethical and reliable AI systems.
• **Familiarity with cloud-native environments**, particularly AWS, and experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CDK to support scalable and resilient deployments.
• **Practical experience with generative AI and LLMs**, including techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering, leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
