This hybrid role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to compliance, as you oversee the configuration, customization, and administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud across critical business modules—Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM). Your work will ensure seamless system performance, data integrity, and alignment with regulatory standards, including SAMA and PDPL requirements.

As the backbone of Tamam Finance’s ERP ecosystem, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance system reliability, and deliver innovative solutions that support the company’s growth and modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will span system administration, technical support, development, integrations, and governance, ensuring end-to-end ERP excellence:

• System Administration: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Oracle Fusion ERP, including monitoring system health, performance, and integrations across Finance, Procurement, HCM, and SCM modules. Administer user roles, access controls, workflows, and security protocols while conducting quarterly patch assessments, regression testing, and environment validations to maintain operational stability.
• Functional & Technical Support: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams, troubleshooting complex configurations, integrations, workflows, and data issues. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and technical knowledge articles to ensure knowledge retention and continuous improvement. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and deployment of new enhancements.
• Development & Customization: Design and develop advanced analytics using OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports, including bursting logic for automated document distribution. Build and maintain FBDI/ADFdi templates, HDL scripts, and HCM Extracts to streamline data processing. Implement Page Composer personalizations and UI customizations to enhance user experience while developing and refining BPM workflows and approval rules. Maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management, and benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Integrations: Architect and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), managing REST, SOAP, and file-based APIs to connect Oracle Fusion with internal systems. Ensure secure B2B file transfers and monitor integration tracing, failures, and performance to guarantee seamless data flow across Tamam’s core systems.
• Data Management: Execute data loads using FBDI, HDL, and ADFdi tools while supporting data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities. Ensure audit readiness for SAMA, internal audits, PDPL compliance, and other regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate data retention policies and access logging.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: Enforce Oracle’s Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and PDPL regulations. Maintain audit evidence and periodic access review documentation while supporting internal and external audit activities for ERP-related controls.
• Continuous Improvement & Projects: Drive Tamam’s digital transformation agenda by collaborating with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to optimize Oracle workflows and automate processes using OIC, analytics, and BPM solutions. Participate in strategic planning, roadmap development, and quarterly reviews to align ERP initiatives with business objectives and technological advancements.
