As a Therapeutic Area Partner – Neuroscience, you will play a pivotal role in driving scientific engagement, promoting BMS’s neuroscience portfolio, and fostering strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem. This field-based position requires a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to enhancing patient access to life-changing therapies. With a minimum of 90% of your time spent in direct engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), you will be the trusted voice of BMS, ensuring our products are positioned as the gold standard in neuroscience care.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational duties, designed to maximize the impact of BMS’s neuroscience solutions:
- Scientific Advocacy & Engagement: Deliver compelling, evidence-based scientific messaging to HCPs, reinforcing BMS’s commitment to innovation and patient-centric care. Stay at the forefront of disease expertise and product knowledge to address evolving clinical needs.
- Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute a data-driven territory plan aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring optimal engagement with HCPs and stakeholders. Identify and prioritize high-value accounts through sophisticated profiling and segmentation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical pharmacists, HEOR experts, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and multidisciplinary teams to address care gaps and enhance treatment outcomes. Collaborate closely with internal teams—including access, medical, and marketing—to streamline formulary enrollment and product penetration.
- Patient Journey Optimization: Analyze and refine patient journeys within healthcare settings to identify and mitigate access barriers. Work with stakeholders to facilitate formulary inclusion and ensure seamless product availability for prescribers.
- Program Development & Execution: Design and deliver scientifically rigorous educational programs tailored to HCP needs. Support pre-launch and launch activities for new products, ensuring timely and impactful market introduction.
- Compliance & Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, adhering to BMS’s Standards of Business Conduct and all applicable regulations. Foster a culture of compliance and transparency in every interaction.

Qualifications & Eligibility
To excel in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Saudi Nationality with Valid SCFHS License: Mandatory requirement for this field-based role in Jeddah.
- Pharmacy Background: A degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare discipline is essential, complemented by relevant experience in neuroscience, medical affairs, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Clinical & Product Expertise: Deep understanding of neuroscience diseases, therapeutic landscapes, and BMS’s portfolio is critical. Experience in medical science liaison (MSL) or similar roles is highly advantageous.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to drive HCP engagement and product adoption.
