We are partnering with a leading Public Investment Fund (PIF)-backed investment vehicle to recruit a distinguished Vice President to join their high-impact Investment Team. As the VP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the fund’s investment strategy while collaborating closely with the Managing Director to identify, evaluate, and execute world-class opportunities. This position demands a strategic mindset, deep financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a hands-on approach to deal origination, structuring, and execution, ensuring each investment aligns with the fund’s long-term vision. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deal Sourcing & Execution: Lead the identification, assessment, and negotiation of high-potential investment opportunities across diverse sectors, ensuring rigorous due diligence and strategic structuring.
• Investment Committee Representation: Independently develop compelling investment cases, financial models, and presentation materials to secure approval from the Investment Committee.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Risk, and Finance teams, as well as external advisors, to navigate complex transactions and mitigate risks effectively.
• Portfolio Management & Value Creation: Actively support portfolio companies by attending senior leadership meetings, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to maximize returns and drive operational excellence.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior associates, foster a culture of continuous learning, and contribute to industry research and strategic refinements that position the fund at the forefront of innovation.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders, potential investors, and key stakeholders to expand the fund’s deal pipeline and strengthen its market presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

We seek a high-caliber finance professional with a proven track record in Private Equity or Investment Banking, possessing the expertise to lead transformative investments in a fast-growing, PIF-backed environment. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of Private Equity or Investment Banking experience at a top-tier firm, with a demonstrated history of successful deal execution and portfolio management.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis, with the ability to construct data-driven investment theses.
• Strategic Mindset: A proven ability to identify high-growth opportunities, execute value-creation strategies, and deliver measurable financial results.
• Nationality: Must be a Saudi National to comply with regulatory requirements.
