Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee technology and software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to drive project success and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Champion Saudization initiatives by identifying and integrating local talent into project teams, fostering skill development, and promoting knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leverage agile and waterfall methodologies to optimize project efficiency, adapt to changing requirements, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven decision-making to support business growth.
• Monitor project performance metrics, conduct post-mortems, and implement lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in technology and software development, with a strong emphasis on project management.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in managing IT or software development projects, demonstrating a successful track record in delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, as well as experience with traditional project management frameworks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Arabic and English, to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A commitment to Saudization principles, including the identification, training, and integration of local talent into project teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Experience in a Saudi Arabian business environment, including an understanding of local regulations, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
