Your expertise in advanced project planning will ensure seamless execution, on-time delivery, and optimal resource utilization—positioning you at the heart of transformative industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will be instrumental in shaping project success through:

• Advanced Scheduling & Analysis: Develop and maintain meticulously detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, incorporating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path analysis, and baseline schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives. Regularly update schedules to reflect progress, risks, and resource constraints, providing actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning teams, ensuring seamless integration of schedules and deliverables. Collaborate with subcontractors to monitor performance against approved programs and address deviations proactively.
• Risk Mitigation & Performance Tracking: Identify schedule risks, delays, and slippages with precision, proposing mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and acceleration measures to minimize project disruptions. Conduct in-depth delay and disruption analyses to support Extension of Time (EOT) claims and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Data-Driven Reporting & Visualization: Prepare comprehensive progress reports, interactive dashboards, S-curves, histograms, and earned value analyses to communicate project health to stakeholders. Utilize Power BI and Excel to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, enhancing transparency and informed decision-making.
• Tender & Bid Support: Contribute to tender planning by developing bid schedules and resource-loaded programs, ensuring competitive and realistic proposals that align with client expectations and project constraints.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior Planning Engineers and Coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices. Champion consistent planning standards and reporting methodologies across projects, elevating overall team performance and project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present schedule performance, risks, and corrective actions during high-stakes project review meetings, advocating for data-driven solutions and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications & Expertise

To excel in this role, you will bring a robust blend of technical expertise, leadership, and analytical rigor:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications in project management or scheduling are a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in planning and project controls, with a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, EPC, airport, Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), or Material Handling Systems (MHS) projects. Familiarity with the unique challenges of global aviation logistics is highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel, with preferred knowledge of Microsoft Project and Power BI. Your ability to analyze complex schedules, optimize resources, and leverage technology to drive efficiency will be critical.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Sharp analytical mindset with expertise in baseline scheduling, resource planning, critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule optimization. Your capacity to interpret data and derive actionable strategies will ensure project resilience.
