As a Medical Oncologist within our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of participants in our corporate wellness programs who require specialized oncology support. Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of clinical and collaborative duties, including:
- Expert Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of cancer-related conditions for program participants, ensuring adherence to the highest medical standards.
- Treatment Planning and Coordination: Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and radiation therapy coordination with partner healthcare facilities, while meticulously monitoring progress and managing side effects.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with wellness specialists, sports medicine professionals, and occupational health teams to integrate medical guidance into our corporate wellness initiatives, fostering a seamless and patient-centered approach.
- Health Education and Advocacy: Contribute to educational programs that empower employees with knowledge about cancer prevention, early detection, and proactive health management, aligning with our commitment to preventive care.

Qualifications and Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Oncologist with a passion for bridging clinical excellence with corporate wellness. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A robust foundation in Medicine, complemented by specialized clinical experience in Internal Medicine or a related field.
- Advanced Oncology Expertise: Deep knowledge of cancer biology, staging systems, and multidisciplinary care approaches, with hands-on experience managing a diverse range of cancers, including solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
- Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy Proficiency: Extensive experience in treatment planning, side-effect mitigation, and patient counseling within these modalities.
- Licensure and Certification: A medical degree (MD or equivalent), completion of a residency program, and board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology. Valid medical licensure in Saudi Arabia (or the ability to obtain it) is required.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex medical information into clear, empathetic, and actionable guidance for patients, colleagues, and corporate stakeholders.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, particularly in settings that intersect with wellness, sports medicine, or occupational health, is highly advantageous.
- Ethical and Patient-Centered Approach: A steadfast commitment to ethical practice, patient advocacy, and adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
