Key Responsibilities
As the operational backbone of our Saudi Arabia team, you will oversee a wide range of critical functions to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient business operations:
- Regulatory and Compliance Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between Unifonic and Saudi regulatory authorities, ensuring full adherence to Saudi Labor Law and all government mandates. Manage interactions with portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI to maintain seamless compliance for employee documentation and processes.
- Iqama and Visa Management: Lead end-to-end Iqama processing, including new issuances for Saudi joiners, renewals for existing employees, and exit/re-entry visa workflows. Coordinate business and work visas for new hires and visitors, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Employee Support and Administration: Deliver exceptional support by resolving employee inquiries and requests across all offices within designated SLAs. Oversee medical insurance administration, including policy renewals, tier updates, and employee additions/deletions.
- Office and Facilities Management: Maintain a professional and well-stocked workspace by managing office supplies, inventory, and facilities. Ensure all commercial registrations, licenses, and official documents are renewed on time.
- Financial and Vendor Operations: Handle petty cash reconciliation, vendor invoice processing, and record-keeping to ensure financial accuracy. Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and service providers to optimize operational efficiency.
- Travel and Logistics Coordination: Arrange comprehensive business travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, local transportation, per diem management, and event coordination for team members at all levels.
- Onboarding and Workflow Optimization: Support seamless onboarding workflows and administrative setup for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the Unifonic family.
Why This Role Matters
In this dynamic role, you will not only drive operational excellence but also contribute to Unifonic’s mission of pioneering sovereign, agentic AI. Your expertise in navigating Saudi regulatory landscapes and managing cross-functional operations will be instrumental in scaling our presence and impact in the region. This is a chance to be part of a team that is shaping the future of communications—where your contributions directly influence both internal efficiency and external perception.

- Hands-on experience navigating Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI) and a deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal), essential for government interactions and multi-office communication.
- Proven experience in managing petty cash, medical insurance policies, and vendor invoicing, with a keen eye for financial accuracy.
