• Financial Consolidation and Reporting: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes across all group companies, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Financial Governance and Compliance: Establish, enforce, and continuously refine internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and financial policies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence. Oversee statutory audits, tax compliance, and all regulatory filings to maintain full transparency and legal compliance.
• Strategic Financial Partnerships: Collaborate closely with finance teams across business units to develop and refine budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, providing data-driven insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Performance Analytics and Reporting: Design and maintain consolidated Management Information System (MIS) dashboards and board-level reports, delivering clear, actionable financial intelligence to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Risk Management and Cost Optimization: Identify financial risks, operational inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities, proposing and implementing solutions that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integrations: Support due diligence processes, entity structuring, and post-acquisition integrations, ensuring seamless financial transitions and value realization for new acquisitions.
• Treasury and Working Capital Management: Oversee group-level treasury functions, banking relationships, and working capital strategies to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
• Leadership and Talent Development: Mentor and guide finance teams across the group, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly accomplished Financial Controller with a distinguished background in group or holding company structures, equipped to navigate the complexities of multi-entity financial environments. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Advanced Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent, with 8 to 12+ years of post-qualification experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
• Expertise in Consolidation and Compliance: Deep expertise in consolidation accounting, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel, including complex modeling, financial analysis, and reporting tools.
• Strategic and Operational Acumen: The ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levels, bridging the gap between financial analysis and business execution across diverse business models.
